Serving the diverse and multilingual society of the UAE has enabled the Foundation to become part of its vibrant country. The Foundation offers weekly meeting, and intellectual seminars about vast variety of topics

 

Establishing new strategic vision for any economy entails strong cooperation, clear focus on tangible topics, and analysis of positive and negative of the methods put forth. HLED facilitates the spotlight zooming in on the relations of the United States and neighboring countries. Shirazi Foundation’s advisor on International Economics attended an informative event hosted by the Wilson Center’s Mexico Institute, and conversed with like minded organizations in regards of topics raised in the analytical event. 

 

Hosted by the Wilson Center, Shirazi Foundation’s conflict resolution expert attends an informative and analytical conference on “Authorizing Military Action Against ISIL.” Wilson Center has hand picked experts from the worlds of war, law, and Congress discussed how legislators can shape national security strategy while guarding their constitutional authority to declare war.

 

Hosted by Stimson Center, Shirazi Foundation’s advisor on Economics attended an informative event titled; “Private Sector Development In The Middle East,” and took note of strategic roadmaps for the future of Middle East economics. This event gathered professionals from variety of economical fields and experts in many critical topics. Shirazi Foundation sees security stability in any region as a must to achieve prosperity and healthy growth.

 

Egypt’s education system is the largest in the Middle East, but ranks 131st out of 144 countries in the World Economic Forum’s latest report on global competitiveness. As computers and internet access have become more readily available , professionals in Egypt are working  to address its educational deficiencies by offering free online educational platforms that will help growth in the Egyptian  private education sector.  The Shirazi foundation specialist in higher education attended this event to  review new ways and Ideas on educating the egyptians.

 

In an event hosted by Stimson Center, titled The Escalating Shi’a-Sunni Conflict: Assessing Arab Public Attitudes, experts analyze how do Shi’a and Sunni Muslims in the Arab world view each other? presenting perspectives, cultural differences, and a conflict dating 14 centuries. Our expert on Islam and Politics represented the Shia perspective on presented topics, and suggested innovative ideas to increase the credibility of the polling system used in the Middle East keeping in mind the rough environments for most minorities to openly practice their religion.
