Shirazi Foundation’s expert on strategic investing attends event hosted by  Heritage Foundation Hosted titled “What Are Venture Exchanges and How Should They Be Regulated.” A panel of experts expounded on new innovative upstart investments and  whether the investment can be easily sold at a reasonable price when the investor decides to sell that investment. The panelist also suggested that venture exchanges are put in place for companies to raise capital and help their investors achieve their returns.
