The 2015 Index of Culture and Opportunity: Sound Solutions Begin with Accurate Assessment of the Challenges

The Shirazi Foundation attended an event  hosted by the Heritage Foundation titled

The 2015 Index of Culture and Opportunity: Sound Solutions Begin with Accurate Assessment of the Challenges. Two panels of experts touched on many topics from the moral factor within government to spending and budgeting aspects of funding education initiatives. Experts stated many times in the process  of funding education initiatives focus is lost in the area of producing results in human flourishing and bringing  an individual to the height of excellence through educational advancement in impoverished environments. An expert suggested that that those in high positions must invade the culture and create Islands of excellence in order for people to undergo moral and spiritual transformation.
