A View from the Front-lines of Islamist Insurgency: Perspectives on Terrorism in the Middle East and South Asia

the Shirazi Foundation attended an event hosted by the Heritage Foundation titled A View from the Front-lines of Islamist Insurgency: Perspectives on Terrorism in the Middle East and South Asia. An expert panel gathered to address the recent terrorist attacks by ISIS  where a Suicide bomber blew up a Shia Mosque in the Middle East  , the 38 tourist that were killed on a beach and  the beheading of a owner of a factory. It was suggested that it is indicative of the pervasiveness of the threat the world faces today due to the rapid growth of transnational insurgency.
